Thanks for the clarification. I have some more "Clinton-ese" questions. Is a
check ride considered instruction? Is instruction only instruction if logged
as instruction. If a CFII is in the right seat and an accident occurs
(before any log book entries), what is the FAAs "default" position on the
responsibility of the CFII.
