The advantage of spending the small $35 for the RST kit is that you
support one of the GA types AND...most importantly you get a small
booklet that gives you the exact information that you need to make any
antenna that you would want to make. I advise that you spend the money and get the information. The
information alone is worth the $35. IMHO

Jim,
Did the antenna you made from copper tape work for both AM and FM bands?
Most I've had recommended would only work for FM. What shape and size did
you form with the tape? I have some already and may not need to but any
from RST.
