Okay, okay, I did a machine re-count and then a manual recount, and the wing
incidence is closer than I thought, maybe only a tenth or two of a degree
off. Still, the point I made in my earlier post is still valid; i.e., the
wing incidence is fixed in the FB by the way the shear box is set, and the
HStab incidence is easily changed just by sliding it forward or aft in the
cradles. Best procedure is to set up the wings first, measure the incidence
carefully, and only then set the HStab relative to the wings.
Apologies to the guys in Redmond -- the wings are much better this time.
