I converted my 360 in 1996 and have only have had only one problem and that
is be very careful that the holes for the hold down paws are drilled
accurately.  I felt that mine were drilled accurately but the left one was
off slightly and it comes close to missing the striker with in inside paw.
I am going to fill the hole and redrill soon.
