The stuff that Jorge Daniel talks about isn't - I repeat - isn't what you're
looking for. The foam material that goes inside of the tank is probably
available from the auto racing crowd. And I wish I'd have thought of it when
I was doing my tanks. Although it doesn't keep fuel from running out of a
compromised tank, it does let it out fairly slowly rather than in Tsumani
form. The main thing it does however, is eliminate the possibility of a tank
full of gasoline vapor - which is highly flammable and probably explosive.
