Ron,
I was lucky and received my factory built tail and rudder rather quickly.
It was ordered as soon as it came to market.  We heard about it and the
factory door here on the list.  Funny thing, I pulled it out today and
fitted the lead weight to the rudder.  I'm not sure what you mean by the fwd
blkhd.  It seems I have everything needed but, of course, instructions on
how to assemble it.  Surprise?  Not.
I have a standard tail assy as provided in the IV-P kit which I would be
happy to sell at a reasonable price, should anyone need it.  Also have door
skins inxs.
