<P>Dear Eric: </P>
<P>I once questioned some of the data published by Zehrbach in this forum and asked for a copy of any test reports that might be available. He sent me an email requesting my home address so that he could send the reports. I provided this information. </P>
<P>What I received instead was a registered letter, return receipt requested. The letter was three pages long, and contained some most interesting writings. It concluded with the following paragraph:</P>
<P>"As part of the certified mail reply [which he demanded under threat of court order] please explain or have your lawyer explain your driving force as referenced above in your reply. In the meantime I would suggest that what is called a "prudent man" under the law would not make any more nasty allegations or slur me on or off of the lancair list that I could use as additional evidence in a court of law to prosecute you."</P>

<P>Data has not been forthcoming, and it appears from the above referenced letter that Mr. Zehrbach takes unkindly to inquiries concerning test results. Being a prudent man, I shall decline any invitation to engage in the discussions you (and he) have put before the Lancair Mail List readers. </P>
