Legacy-ites

Tom Sullivan (#5) dragged our kits across the mountains with the pedal to the metal and dropped mine (#2) off Monday morning, giving me a one day headstart on Stuart.  To delay Tom, I insisted he operate the forklift (the crate is 4x5x20) and then kept him here (wasn't very hard, we talked Legacy-ese) so his late departure in Chicago rush-hour traffic would ensure after-dark arrival at his home in Iron Mountain, MI.  Using Tom Sawyer techniques, I have had friends, relatives and other builders help birth this baby from the crate -- It has taken two days because of the several thousand staples used to secure the perimeter.  Yesterday we got the crate destructed down to the base/pallet and decided that it would make a great shelf at 4 by 20 feet.  After we build the supports, we will use a fork lift to plop it in place.

Information, rumor, "embellishments" and other experiences will be passed along in the continuing soap opera, "As the Nut Tightens" here on Marv's Lancair Broadlycast Nettlework.

Scott Krueger
Legacy #2, reserved as 209LL

P.S.  I guess I won't be called a #2 depositor anymore.  Or will I?
