A question I have about painting yourself, and spreading the painting out
over the course of building is that of constant color. Would you buy
enought paint to do the whole airplane so the color would be the same, or
are they close enough to paint and buy new paint as you go. Actually this
question isn't just for painting yourself, but what if you wanted to get the
wings painted by a pro, then a year later paint the fuselage the same color.
Are they going to match? Good idea, bad idea? I was contemplating this
just to spread the cost out over more time too. Thanks.

4. Spread the painting out over the course of construction. When the
ailerons are done for example, finish the body work and paint then store
them.
