I did this quite a while ago. 2006 or so. KOne thing I remember is you can choose to get service from the flight line guys or you can do it yourself with regards to paperwork and customs. I recall paying for it and it cost like 75 bucks for them to tell me where to sign on a couple forms and they walked me to a couple desks. It was no different vs. Veracruze or Guadalajara or Mazatlan, but I was able to get through all those other places without "service" as they called it. Save yourself the money and do it yourself.
