Mine is level and symmetrical. I'm guessing the top half of the fuselage was installed at an angle, though it is hard to understand how that could happen given the front joggle has to align with the shape of the upper firewall. That said, I don't think it would affect the aerodynamics, as your tail appears to be nicely plumb and you have had no issues to date. The angle makes it look more like a Burt Rutan design.

Subject: Why is ES upper left fuselage not symmetrical with right side?
All,
It has come to my attention through a person we were considering contracting to do our interior that the left and right sides were not symmetrical in the measurements from the window bottoms on each side to the centerline of the roof. Upon closer inspection we realized that the left side was taller than the right, in particular where the door hinges are attached. However, when looking at the base of the windshield in reference to the cowling, it looks symmetrical.
Does anyone else have this? If so, is it designed so because of the P-Factor (only good reason I can think of)? Also, the windshield had to fit into the existing curvature without issues I suppose. The plane flies wonderfully, trims up hands free through the entire flight envelope so I am not too worried, just curious. Then again, maybe they did that to accommodate the left side ego.
