I'm guessing the top half of the fuselage w= as installed at an angle, though it is hard to understand how that could ha= ppen given the front joggle has to align with the shape of the upper firewa= ll. That said, I don't think it would affect the aerodynamics, as your tai= l appears to be nicely plumb and you have had no issues to date. The angle= makes it look more like a Burt Rutan design. All, It has come to my attention through a person we were considering contractin= g to do our interior that the left and right sides were not symmetrical in = the measurements from the window bottoms on each side to the centerline of = the roof. Upon closer inspection we realized that the left side was taller= than the right, in particular where the door hinges are attached. However= , when looking at the base of the windshield in reference to the cowling, i= t looks symmetrical. Does anyone else have this? If so, is it designed so because of the P-Facto= r (only good reason I can think of)? Also, the windshield had to fit into = the existing curvature without issues I suppose. The plane flies wonderful= ly, trims up hands free through the entire flight envelope so I am not too = worried, just curious. Then again, maybe they did that to accommodate the = left side ego.
