Hi

Is there any better way to attach the top cowl to the lower one. It seam
that screwing down is a secure way but not very practical for a  preflight
inspection. I would imagine the same hold true for the hinge pin method.

I was considering using 4 strike latches or 2 at the back, cable actuated,
and 2 manual accessible through the air inlets. (The type used by Lancair on
there 320 parallelogram canopy)

Any comments or ideas would be appreciated
