It seam that screwing down is a secure way but not very practical for a preflight inspection. I would imagine the same hold true for the hinge pin method. I was considering using 4 strike latches or 2 at the back, cable actuated, and 2 manual accessible through the air inlets. (The type used by Lancair on there 320 parallelogram canopy) Any comments or ideas would be appreciated Pine Pienaar pine@cpro.co.za Lancair 360 #664 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
