I recently sent my nose strut back to Lancair to have SB055 complied with.
Imagine my surprise when my bill was more than double that expected with an
explanation that my rod was bent and had to be replaced.  This was
especially a shock since I have yet to taxi the airplane, much less fly it.

One quick, short letter to Vern and the charges were corrected.  No hassle,
no delays, no questions.  I'm constantly impressed with the support this
supplier provides to this slow aircraft manufacturer.  (First aircraft now
11 years in the making)  This is typical of the support I have received over
the years from the Lancair clan, especially Vern.
