call cobham tech support

the last contact i had was robert durall  robert.durall@cobham.com 800-872-7832

as far as i know he replaced david black if that number doesn't work i have other numbers for them. not sure which is correct number or go to cobham's website.

cobham gave good tech support as of my last dealings with them about a year ago.  the cheltons are great but i do fear that someday they may be obsolete as far as support goes.  hopefully not so soon........

Hello LML'rs,

I am flying off the last few hours of my Phase I program on my IVP and this
weekend I was about one hour into a flight when the Cheltons produced the
RED X of death on the PFD screen.  Of course Bitchin' Betty put in her $.02
as well and she has been reminding me ever since.  Have tried rebooting and
turning off/on EAU, AHRS etc to no avail for about five hours of flight time
now.  Have Crossbow 500.  Anyone have suggestions for troubleshooting and
correcting?  When I was doing  ground runs last year and taxiing around etc, I would
notice frequent but apparently random incidences of this failure as well as
GPS failures, shut down and rebooting of one or both of the IDU's and so on,
but since we've been flying, I had not seen this type of anomaly occur.
