Hi Rick,
I believe that our discussion about the arrival procedures earlier
included a suggestion that you should always do what is required to fly
safely.  And if that requires flying over and around slower aircraft,
then do so regardless of what you are being told on the ground.  The
controllers read from a script but YOU are flying the airplane.  <G> Earl
