I purchased a TOP quality (lighted) Mid-Continent electric attitude gyro
directly from the manufacturer in 1994 for $ 2,000. I don't have info at
hand, but you could search the web and probably find their phone # and
address (they're in Witchita, KS). RC Allen is OK, but somewhat inferior to
Mid-Continent

Subject: Electric Attitude Gyro Wanted
After several months of eager anticipation, I am hoping to pick up my Lancair My dilemma is that my 12 volt RC Allen electric attitude indicator,
backordered since April, I was wondering if anyone out there has one for sale. Alternatively, if
any builder has purchased one already, but finds themselves many months
away
from actually needing it, if they would be interested in selling it to me.
I would then give (sell) the builder my new gyro when it arrives. Any thoughts, please e-mail me directly.
