Was this Gary Burns plane originally?

This sort of performance from the engine is piss poor isn't it?   I'm
building a IV-P in Melbourne (very slow process) but in some respects it may
be for the better with the poor performance from the currently certified
engines  -  may be a blessing in disguise as there may be other engines
available when I need to make that decision
