Paul, this crummy pic, in addition to showing that I had the limit plate in upside down at first, also shows 1996-vintage TruTrack servo arm mounting.

Upon installing new belts in the Legacy I noticed play in the roll servo actuator arm.  A mirror showed the 3 screws holding the arm to actuator shaft had sheared off.  The last screw fell out as I was playing with it and the roll servo was then useless.

I had roll hunting this past summer and now I know where the oscillations were coming from.    I'm guessing Tru-trak has some guidance on this issue as the new arms seem to be a different design.
