I finally worked up the guts to do the seat bottom micro-release yesterday.
It worked out well.  I had to fill a few air gaps today and was surprised at
the outcome, it's nice.  I used clear packing tape covered with a generous
coating of Vaseline petroleum jelly and the seat bottom popped right off
this morning.  The clean-up of the gear box took some time but that was
expected.  I used my fingers to make radii at the box members from
underneath before the flox/micro set up and today did a lot of sanding and
grinding with the mini air tool as well as a refill of the air holes.  The
next "scary" move is the side supports for the seat bottom and the elevator
seal tube and hydraulic line mounting on the fus sides at the rear seat
back.  Any tips there are helpful.  I have pics of two previous builds.
Thanks,
