We all have had a bad
dealings with one or many people and or companies, so its nice when one of these
people or companies is doing a good job...I had a bad experience with an engine
rebuilter in Loveland, Colorado and wish I could have found out sooner and not
even gone there...I for one, praise Ralph for letting us all know that he found
a good one!

I would
agree with Ralph that it is very pleasant when someone is responsive, which I
think was his main point.
I don't see any constructive end to airing
linen on this list unless it is with the goal of helping someone avoid similar
(e.g. serious) trouble with a particular vendor.

more detail, and let the LML group make a collective decision? Or perhaps an
"academic apology" is in order... > Sincerely, > Mike Wynn >
