I greatly apology to those individuals and companies that are responsive, but I still hold to my comment as MY experience.

Example, today I have to call a company that has had one of my electronic devices for over 3 months and they indicated I was going to get it back in a month. As far as I can tell they have forgotten me. I have had several other examples of this type of behavior.
