Is anyone familiar with the design of the rudder of the Columbia/Corvalis.  Does this AD involving the lower rudder hinge bracket have any bearing for the Lancair IV?  It is AD 2011-03-04, it calls for inspection of the rudder hinges and brackets with the rudder removed every 25 to 50 hours.

By the way my airplane is finally back home after propeller damage by the FBO in Spokane last July.  The insurance company has not yet paid all the bills
