Washington State taxation on airplanes:

I know there's the initial sales or "Use Tax" in Washington State when an airplane is brought or bought in the State, but is there also a recurring Property Tax (annually) applied to airplanes?

I know they have an annual "Aircraft Excise Tax" amounting to $65/year, a form of "licensing."
