The door seals have been an issue for some time. I have replaced three over thebten years and finally concluded that the twenty pounds pressure recommended in my manual was way too high. I have mine set at about twelve pounds now and it keeps the pressure fine and has for several years. Hope that helps. Pat Brunner N98PB 780 hours..

Recently I had my doorseal fail for the second time. It was leaking right
where the two ends of the doorseal tubing are joined together. I talked to John
Cook who had the same problem in the same place. I was wondering if there are
others out there who have had the same experience and how they went about
solving the problem. A new doorseal is not cheap and I am not convinced that the
third one will be any better than the first two.
Thanks for any help.
