Another variation I read about and have used is a quart Ziplock with
the stuffing from a Pamper. It'll quickly gell the liquid so that there's no
leakage. One of those times when an autopilot is worth its weight... I
carry several in my flight bag, along with Gatorade. -Bill Wade

The
"P" factor problem after drinking/eating can be minimized by carrying
a good quality zip-loc bag with a roll of toilet paper in it with the
roller part removed. It ain't pretty but it works. And upon arrival, just
throw it away. You'd be surprised how much fluid a roll of toilet paper
can hold. Jim
