I've got a great idea.. Why
don't you guys hire the "Dog, bounty hunter" to track this outlaw pilot down, in
the Caribbean. Once you have him in your clutches you can perform a citizens
arrest. Show the Dominican courts the smoking gun video. Demand the maximum
sentence the courts will allow.. Take nothing less..
I feel safer already..

I don't know of any place where flying at 250' over homes is
legal for civilian flying.
Anyone forward this to the FAA?
