One thing that I have done before is to immobilize difficult bolts by making
a piece with an internal hex to capture the bolt head. I used flat fiberglass
sheet (phenolic would be good) that was then bonded to the surrounding
structure. A metal plate could also be used instead with AN3 bolts to
secure it. Placing the threaded ends forward as previously suggested
would allow one person torquing. A Sharpie line on the bolt end would
confirm that it didn't rotate.  -Bill Wade

Another FWIW:

Tightening the engine mount bolts is a real chore because the sound insulation, upholstery, seats. and floorboards have to be removed.  Then trying to get a wrench  on the nuts is a challenge all in its own .  Its not a one person job.

In my case,  during the 2nd annual inspection at 150 hours, all 5 bolts were loose enough to  rotate.  The mount had been replaced at 30 hours (dont ask) so I was a little surprised at this result .  Had to add a washer on all 5 bolts.

Anyway, this is one item that should not be overlooked during each annual

P.S. Wouldnt it be nice if there could be a maintenance seminar for the L-IV folks???
