For those planning on using a planetary reduction drive (or any other drive that reverses the prop direction), the IVO is about the only game in town.  A year or so ago I did some market research on possible PSRU-prop combinations, and the only other possibility was a custom-made MT prop, which was as about as expensive as it sounds.  The estimated price was somewhere in the $14,000 range.

If memory serves me correctly, that was John Harlow flying the IVO in the ES behind a Chevy LT-1 marine conversion and a Northwest Aero re-drive.
