As a newbie to the list and a potential IV builder, I'd like to tap
the collective wisdom of the list:

Is there any appreciable difference in factory support between
customers who purchase a kit already on the market versus a factory new?
Any issues/experiences with being a "second class citizen" in terms of
factory support?  How can I locate builders in the South East, US I can talk
to about the IV?  The "insurance issue" seems to be a recurrent theme among
Lancair conversations - where can I get the inside scoop on this question?
