A correction,
  Ventral fin is from  http://advancedaviationinc.com/ 
 
  First reports, 232KIAS @ 10,500' with 656 ITT, trim is neutral at all speeds, stick forces are very light with winglet/wing  gap at .25 " at leading edge, adding tape to close gap resulted in a 50% increase in stick force. Horizontal tail incidence was set at 0 % relative to wing.
