Hi all,

I got overeager in my  reporting.  I misunderstood a message that Jack sent
regarding the latest PSRU.  In fact, it is not complete and assembled.  The
casing is completed, but assembly and testing will occur next week.  The
website has been corrected to reflect this.

My apologies to Jack Kane and anyone inconvenienced by this error.
