For those too far along to consider A/C (or too cheap, like me) I will throw this intermediate idea out: I went to the local Discount Auto Parts store 12 years ago and bought some header tape, figuring that what the hot rod folks use to keep heat in hot pipes should also work to keep heat OUT of my intercooler-to-cabin skeet tubing. Wrapped the lines between intercoolers and to the firewall, and it lowered the temps by about 10-15deg coming in the cabin. Been flying with it now for 1100hrs without a hitch.
