On the jacks, both inner doors are tight and stay that way. You can't pull them by hand. In flight, I have two microswitches on the inner doors and they will illuminate and flicker above 200K and stay on solid when descending. These inner door lights come on more frequently as the flight progresses. I had a friend chase the plane last week and he said both sides were down about the width of the door but no daylight between inner door and wing was visible.
Before I do anything, any suggestions or troubleshooting ideas? The pump does not cycle in flight that I've ever seen and everything else with the gear works well and has not changed since I've owned it. I believe this issue has been with the airplane for some time (the builder put these microswitches in to help diagnose the issue). Last point: The inner doors are vertically down (90 degrees to the wind) when extended. I've not checked the actuator travel or the bottoming action or pressures yet.
Thanks for any suggestions
