I went and read the archives, so I have one source for the tungsten bar -
Bill Maddox.  I will try him.
Any estimate as to how much weight is needed for each aileron?  Also read a
little bit about the elevator bob weight (flutter) so I guess it needs to be
100% balanced without the elevator attached...
Thoughts on the other questions would be appreciated...
