Since we're talking about the Cessna spin that was apparently unrecoverable, while reviewing the documentation that came with my Advanced Flight Systems' Angle of Attack Pro, I noticed on the video that it looks like Jim Franz spins his Lancair 3x0.  It doesn't show the recovery, but he lived to narrate the video.  If anyone else with sharper eyes than mine has the DVD that came with the angle of attack indicator, take a look and let me know if it looks like a flat spin to you.
