Boris,

First, you need to get more air over the cylinders either by a plenum or checking for baffling leaks.  Also, level the plane and then check that the hole is drilled properly for the turn and bank coordinator.  If the hole is off, the turn coordinator would be off too. 

Start with the easy stuff.

Also, congrats on the Lancair purchase!
