I made my own. Took two strips of MDF about 2" x 3/4" by 8", used a
dowelling jig to drill matching holes in one edge of each piece, bevelled
the edges to about half way up the hole then glued dowels in keeping the
edges of timber about 3/8" apart. (dowels are about 1" apart. Painted it
with model aircraft dope to seal it and gave it a few coats of release
agent. Laid up 3bid about 1"wide from one piece of timber, over the dowel
bridge to the other piece. Pop them and trim with a Dremel with cut off
blade.
What you end up with is two flat surfaces about 3/4" square which then rise
at a 45 degree angle toward each other and meet with a half round tube
bridge between them (all one piece of glass). This tube only needs to be
high enough to allow cable ties to pass underneath.
I just stick them down with hysol, split a piece of plastic tube to go
around hydraulic line or whatever and hold in place with two little cable
ties (red for high pressure lines, some other colour for low).
Obviously the dowel has to be the correct diameter for the application. I
have made various shapes and sizes of these for different applications -
paired ones for parallel lines, squareish ones to hold 4 pin plugs to my
fuel probes etc etc.
I also drill a few #30 holes in the flats to provide extra bond but I am not
sure it is necessary.

[Graham, do you have pictures of the mold and/or the finished parts you've
described here? If so please email me copies so I can get them posted to
