Yes, Click-Bonds are expensive.  Outrageously so, if you buy them from Aircraft Spruce.  $14.50 gets you a package of two with an alcohol towelette and a package of cyanoacrylate glue.  I buy them direct from Click Bond, without the alcohol towelette or the glue and they cost $3.50 each, as I recall.  You need the assembly fixture (that's part of the $3.50), but none of the other stuff, because you already have solvent and epoxy in your shop.

No doubt, there are cheaper ways to go.  It's up to you.
