Assembling my rudder pedals, I find I need grease to make everything move smoothly.  No problem here, but what type of grease?

I've been using white lithium grease from the auto parts store for most applications like this (rotating fittings, linkages, etc).  I use Aeroshell 5 for wheel bearings.

What do y'all use?
