For what it's worth, mine are in carbon and they don't have the "blobs" as
you discussed... However, I don't like how thin the seam is either, so I'll
most likely build up the nose and the tail just a bit with a bid or 2 and
some flox/micro. I doubt there is an aerodynamic reasoning for it however.

I noticed that the front wheel pant was really tail heavy. Turns out it has
a large blob of resin? in the back of it. Maybe equivalent to a half to a
full pint glob.
Should I remove this? or is it there for some aerodynamic or wheel shimmy

The main wheel pants have a small amount in them, but it appears to be just
the problem of bringing the two sides together for joining. Not nearly as
much of a blob.
Not many Legacy FGs, but the pants are the same as the ES...
