However, I don't like how thin the seam is either, so I'll most likely build up the nose and the tail just a bit with a bid or 2 and some flox/micro. I doubt there is an aerodynamic reasoning for it however. Alan -----Original Message----- From: Lancair Mailing List [mailto:lml@lancaironline.net] On Behalf Of Bill Bradburry Sent: Wednesday, June 20, 2007 5:03 PM To: lml@lancaironline.net Subject: [LML] Front Wheel Pant-Legacy Fixed Gear I noticed that the front wheel pant was really tail heavy. Turns out it has a large blob of resin? in the back of it. Maybe equivalent to a half to a full pint glob. Should I remove this? or is it there for some aerodynamic or wheel shimmy reason? The main wheel pants have a small amount in them, but it appears to be just the problem of bringing the two sides together for joining. Not nearly as much of a blob. Not many Legacy FGs, but the pants are the same as the ES... All inputs appreciated. Bill B -- For archives and unsub http://mail.lancaironline.net:81/lists/lml/List.html
