Regarding Electroair - Similar to Fred Egli's comment, numerous homebuilts
in my area have used Jeff Rose's system for some time and all hold it in
high regard.  I replaced one of the mags on my 360.  The Electoair sender
fits in this mag drive, and can be easily wired into the standard ignition
(mag) switch.  With the system firing the bottom plugs, fouling problems
have been eliminated, and the engine definitely runs a little smoother.  As
far as performance gains/fuel savings go, I have not done enough testing to
comment on that. Finally, the Electroair system is noticeably less expensive
than the other units I looked at.
