I ordered mine from Technical Fibre Products.  The material was shipped
from the UK but they do have offices in the US.  The company making the
basic metallized graphite is Electro Fiber Technologies but Technical
Fibre Products sells the veils.  The grade that I used is "Ni coated
carbon - X linked binder, 20g/sq.m."  Contact: John Haaland
