I have Electronics International fuel probes in my Legacy and, while test
fitting the wings, inadvertently damaged one of the fuel interfaces that
attaches to the probe. I explained the problem to EI's tech support
manager,Tyler Speed (don't you just love that name?), who gave me a new one for
free and asked me to send back the damaged one at my
convenience. Customer support can't get any better than that.
