Thanks very much for sending the data on the weights of completed ES's.
Your e-mail had data for six, but I think you meant that you would be
sending data for the others by snail-mail. I'm sure the data will be
interesting -- there are really a couple of light ones in there!
Also, I owe you an apology for the snide tone of my comment at the end
of my last posting to LML. It implied that I did not expect the factory (or
you) to be completely open about the real-world weight data, given the 1900
pound figure published in your sales data and the understandable desire to
present the ES payload in a favorable light. Your response has certainly
proven that I was wrong to make that comment, so I apologize to you and to
Lancair. I'll try to be more careful in the future, and am looking forward
to more of the excellent support I have received from you personally and
from all of the Lancair folks.
