Let's be fair now.  Builder's Hours during construction are like
Microsoft Minutes during a download.  Their relation to contemporary
temporal measurements must be viewed though the astigmatic prism of an
alternative reality.  In other words double the quoted number and be
pleasantly surprised - perhaps shocked - if it completes sooner.
