Early LNC2, O-235 Lyc, MT electric prop, nominal Vno 165 Kts, clean stall ~ 65 Kt. Following installation of MT C/S prop, CG always biased at or near forward limit when header tank is low (often seen when landing at end of a long x-country trip). Prevailing wind at local airport results in right cross-wind at least 50% of the time.
Have never experienced the pitch oscillations described in George Kalman's post.
