Perhaps the timing of my calls had something to do with it--I called three times during the week after Airventure and was told to leave a message the first two times. I did, but didn't receive any calls back. The third time I
was told quite unequivocably that phone support was no longer offered, and that I should send my questions in email form and expect an email response. In the past I have received good support, but I was concerned after the above experience, and seeing no mention of support on the website besides the onsite builder support at the facility in Bend. My questions have since been answered from all the wonderful builders who responded to my queries here. I believe (and hope) that my poor experience was simply due to timing with a large event...
